Overall I’m quite impressed with the top 3 on this list. Full featured, ability to edit the header and footer and lot’s of templates you can download and customize. Any of these free WordPress themes is a great option as they can grow and evolve with your needs.
In addition, the Twenty Twenty One theme is a surprisingly good option too. While not as advanced as other options on the list, it pairs well with the default editor for WordPress, making for an easy to use theme to build a stylish, but minimalistic blog.
