– Both are Python frameworks; Django is a very mature framework (from 2005), whereas Flask is much younger (2010).
– Flask allows you to use multiple types of databases, whereas Django does not.
– To set up a Django project we can use pre-built tools / To set up a Flask project we need to structure everything manually.
– Being an “older” framework, Django provides more production-ready modules compared to Flask.
