Google seems impenetrable to so many people.
But most people with websites never know to do this.
Go to Google Search Console.
This is Google’s own tool for submitting your website to its index.
Submit your homepage to it. Click request indexing.
Every major site builder can make you sitemaps.
Sitemaps are just a list of all the URLs on your website.
Submit them again to Google Search Console.
If you’ve done those things already, do this trick.
See what you’re already ranking well for, but not one. Look at the position column.
Click on the keyword you’re curious about and check the page that’s ranking for it.
Use that keyword on your page exactly. Add some extra sentences.
With a few minutes of extra work, you can rank better for all these little keywords.
I did this recently and went from position 8 to position 1 for my keyword in only a short amount of time.
SEO is not impenetrable.
