4) Shoot the agency a quick message via their website’s contact form – see how quickly they respond to it. Send them a follow up email, see how quickly they respond to that. An agency who responds and reacts fast, should be higher up on your selection list!
And finally,
5) Consider if your agency can offer other services. Sometimes it is more prudent to work with a company who can also handle your SEO, your PPC, your email marketing or other services you need taken care of!
