Steps to install a premium wp theme from ThemeForest:
1. Download the theme from ThemeForest “downloads” section.
2. Go to the WordPress dashboard in the Themes section.
3. And click on “Add new”.
4. Then click upload theme and grab the main theme file (.zip)

5. Optional – upload the child theme too.
6. Activate the newly installed premium theme.
7. Test your website that everything went well.
That’s it, you’ve just uploaded & added a ThemeForest theme to WordPress.
