This is the first step: Have a quote request form. Get some information from clients ahead of your first contact with them to speed up the process.
A quote request form allows you to know their industry, their business, and do a bit of research on them before your first interaction so you can come to your first phone call with ideas on how you can help, not just discovery (which then requires a follow-up call with the “how you can help” info).
