Here’s the biggest web design mistake I’ve made: trying to build from someone else’s half-finished concept. I thought we had “enough style” to build the rest of the website, I pushed ahead, then weeks later I faced the dreaded question: “We’ve paid you X amount so far, what have you been doing?” With no signed-off design, the project drifted and the client nitpicked everything.
The biggest takeaway?: Always design first, get clear mock-ups approved, then develop it into Elementor. It keeps feedback focused, protects scope, and saves hours.
