Wix is a free website platform that doesn’t cost you a penny for its basic features! I used the basic features for about 3 months, before I upgraded. I actually used it as my portfolio for jobs, before converting it into a website for my business. It’s so simple to use and absolutely easy to create as well!
No add-ons, no hidden costs if you want just basic features, and trust me, the basic features are all you need to keep you afloat for a while. Even when I upgraded, I found the payment plans to be cost-effective and economical, especially when I was just starting out with freelancing and my income wasn’t too much.
I’ve rarely had a glitch with Wix, and I think the one time in the past year I had a minor issue, their customer experience team was on it, and they helped me through it. So I’d definitely add that in as a pro! Also, if you guys know me, you know I HATE coding and navigating around websites like that always gave me a headache! So overall absolutely recommend getting started on Wix!
