Hi there and welcome back to my channel! In today’s video, I’m answering the question “Do I need to use & install Google Analytics on my Squarespace website, or is the Analytics tab enough”?
I love this question so much because I truly believe that Google Analytics is a gold mine of information and you don’t have to be a data junkie to get enormous benefit from it. Even a total Squarespace SEO beginner can do it!
Squarespace’s Analytics tab is a great place to start but you MUST connect your website to Google Analytics if you want a deeper understanding of what the numbers mean.
*This tutorial shows a Squarespace demo website built on the Rally template (7.0) but if you’re on 7.1 it’s the same thing.
