All standard contact forms in Squarespace have a cool feature called “lightbox mode” When you enable this, you can hide the form until someone clicks on a button to display it in a pop-up style box. This helps keep pages looking cleaner, with fewer fields taking up space, only showing all the form fields when it’s time to actually fill them out.

Now earlier this month, I shared a tutorial video about styling contact forms, but lightbox forms use a totally different set of code names in CSS!

To learn how to enable a lightbox and to get the scoop on all the things you can change to make yours look unique, check out this video tutorial and be sure to download the lightbox form specific cheat sheet that goes with it at https://insidethesquare.co/lightbox

Yup, a whole new PDF with all the codes you need to know specifically for lightboxes. After you get a chance to work on it, let me know how it goes in the comments below! I am always looking for inspiration and would love to see what kind of style direction you took on your own site.
